For the successful sale of your property

At the beginning of every real estate marketing process, a thorough, transparent, and market-based valuation forms the basis of our sales process. This is free of charge and not mandatory. Our network and well-organized client database offer a selection of prospective international buyers. We accompany you with individual service and personal support until the notarization and subsequent handover of the property to the buyer.

Initial Inspection & Valuation

During an initial inspection, we obtain all the necessary property information to prepare a well-founded, transparent, and market-based valuation, based on the valuation methods approved under Section 194 of the German Federal Building Code (BauGB) for asset value, income value, and comparative methods.

Exposé & presentation

After compiling, reviewing, and carefully preparing your property documents, we create a compelling exposé with prepared floor plans, editorially created text content, first-class photos, 360° tours, and innovative drone videos for the optimal presentation of your property in leading online portals and media with a high target audience presence.

On request, we offer 3D real estate visualizations for construction projects or buildings in need of renovation. For unfurnished properties, we recommend professional home staging for optimal presentation.

Marketing to
Investors, new and regular customers

Thanks to a well-organized customer database of prospective buyers and investors, you're already prepared to directly approach a potential clientele. Marketing and sales work closely together to professionally market your property. The competent team utilizes state-of-the-art marketing tools, has a comprehensive understanding of target groups and current trends, is an important source of inspiration, and proves to be an indispensable support for sales.

Customer appointments & viewings

Our staff coordinate appointments with prospective buyers and conduct viewings in individual appointments with our professional vendors. During the individual viewings, all prospective buyers are informed in detail about property details, furnishing and equipment highlights.

Notary Appointment and Handover

After identifying a buyer and checking the creditworthiness, our network of auditors and lawyers can be consulted to assist with tax and legal matters and coordinate the purchase agreement. The successful conclusion of the contract takes place at the notary's appointment, which is carefully prepared and accompanied by us. After the notarization and payment of the purchase price, we document the transfer of the property to the new owner with a handover protocol.

After sale service

Our commitment doesn't end with the successful signing of the purchase agreement. We're also happy to provide advice and support to you and the buyers afterward—whether it's regarding personal matters or planning further real estate matters.
